Jon (pictured above) is a 3-year-old lab mix who is very playful. She is nervous around new people and new places, but she warms up quickly and soon wants as many pets as you will give her. Jon will do best as an only dog, and any children in his home should be at least 10 years old.
Maya is a 4-year-old tabby whose hobbies include climbing cat trees, looking out windows, and playing with laser pointers and stick toys. She should only have one pet because she doesn’t get along with other animals. Maya is smart and curious, and would benefit from lots of enrichment.
Pepper is a 6-year-old lab mix who thrives on the attention of humans she knows and loves. She also enjoys relaxing in soft beds and playing with her favorite ball. Pepper gets along with calm canines and children 6 years and older.
Gray is a 1-year-old rat who came to the VBSPCA with his best friend Patch. This pint-sized pair should be adopted together. Gray is the smaller and more active of the two mice. Both are shy at first but warm up with head scratches and tasty treats.
Patch is the other half of a dynamic rat duo. He is also one year old. Patch is the older of the two boys and has been known to roll around in his crib all day. Gray and peach will make a great addition to any home.
