(WHNT) — At the Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS), the theme of names Rain and Mud Puddle aren’t the only thing they have in common – they’re both looking forward to finding their forever homes.
the rain With a thick, plush coat and big, golden, beautiful eyes, there is a beautiful thin tortie cat! As its name suggests to many, rain is sweet, gentle and soothing to the soul.
GHHS says this girl is friendly and gets a lot of attention. She loves to be scratched and is an expert ‘biscuit maker’. Rain lives with other cats but is an unhappy girl around dogs.
A mud puddle A medium sized mixed breed female dog with a beautiful marl color coat and partial blue eyes. GHHS says she is fast becoming a staff favorite!
She loves attention and will happily accept hugs from anyone who is willing to give them. The mud puddle is also a pro at ‘zooming’ and enjoys walks.
She seems to like other dogs and would probably be able to get along in a home with children, but she finds cats a bit more interesting and would do best in a cat-free home.
