Starla is an Alaskan Husky mix described as curious and would thrive in an outgoing family looking for an adventure partner.

She would love to climb mountains, run on the beach, or go for long walks around the neighborhood.

“He’s known as an escape artist, so he’s forever looking for a family that’s committed to handling those tendencies and making sure he’s safe,” said Samantha Schwartz with the Greenhill Humane Society. May his home be safe and secure.”

Starla should meet any potential new puppy siblings at the shelter before adoption and will do best in a cat-free home. He should meet and greet any children in your household during the adoption.

Starla is just over a year old, weighs about 70 pounds, is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

The Greenhill Humane Society is open seven days a week, 11am to 6pm at 88530 Greenhill Rd in Eugene. For more information, call (541) 689.1503 or visit www.green-hill.org.
